Badger Ladder Inc., is only responsible for damage or shortage on shipments if the customer signs the delivery ticket with shortages or damage on reciept. If you do have damage or shortage, note on receipt and contact Badger Ladder Inc. immediately at 800 863 9791 for replacement of lost or damaged product. Also, fax Badger Ladder Inc. a copy of delivery ticket at (Fax#920 429 0310). Badger Ladder Inc., is not responsible for any damage or shortages if the delivery ticket is signed with out notation.
Title to products and risk of loss passes from Badger Ladder Inc., to you upon delivery by trucking company.
Payments for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, check via fax, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Badger Ladder Inc. Orders are not binding until accepted by Badger Ladder Inc.
Separate charges for shipping will be shown on all Badger Ladder Inc., invoices. Your are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with your order. Badger Ladder Inc. will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its controls, including labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of God.
If the returned merchandise does not match all applicable criteria set forth in this policy, it will be rejected and returned to User at User’s expense, User’s credit request, if any, will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and User will be charged for all shipping charges that may be incurred by Badger Ladder LLC. By requesting a return, User agrees to pay all shipping costs of the returned merchandise to Badger Ladder LLC if such return request is rejected for any reason.
Defective Merchandise (Must have return authorization) You can receive and return authorization by calling Badger Ladder LLC 800 863 9791. Can be returned only in exchange for the exact same merchandise or, at Badger LadderLLC sole discretion, the purchase price and shipping fees may be refunded by the original method of payment used in the purchase of such merchandise. For defective merchandise, a return authorization may be granted only within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse, regardless of when the merchandise was actually delivered. Once User’s return is processed, and is verified by Badger Ladder LLC in its sole and absolute discretion to meet the applicable criteria for defective merchandise, a replacement order will be submitted for processing and fulfillment, subject to the availability of the merchandise.
All returned merchandise must include the following:
1. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.).
2. Original packing slip.
3. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.
Non-Defective Merchandise (Must have return authorization) Unless otherwise described in this policy, User has 30 days from the date the merchandise was shipped by or on behalf of Badger Ladder LLC to get a return authorization from Badger Ladder LLC and get the merchandise to a shipper to return to Badger Ladder LLC.
