Scaffolding Towers for Sale

Each scaffolding tower product we offer on our website is powder coat painted yellow, has a C-lock (which is the safest lock available on the market), has tubing, and is available at different heights. As a result, you can rely on each scaffolding tower for mobility, practicality, and safety while you and your workers perform painting and construction while working on any indoor or outdoor project. Here's some more information on scaffold use in the construction industry.

Rolling Scaffold Towers

Our rolling scaffold towers allow you and your crew to transport your tower from one place to another with ease. Our rolling scaffolding towers are available in several different heights for your convenience. These include 6 feet, 11 feet, 16 feet, and 20 feet. Our current scaffolding on wheels products include our shortest, the 6′ Rolling Tower, as well as our medium 11′ Rolling Tower and 16′ Rolling Tower products, and lastly, our tallest, the 20′ Rolling Tower.

What Does a Rolling Scaffolding Tower Package Include?

When you purchase a rolling scaffolding tower package, the following will be included: scaffold frames, cross braces, stacking and coupling pins, toggle pins, guardrail posts, guardrails, an aluminum/plywood scaffold plank, heavy duty casters, and a diagonal brace. In addition, our rolling scaffold towers are designed with quality powder coat painted yellow and either meet or exceed OSHA and ANSI regulations.Mobility is an important aspect of any building or maintenance project, so when you need to easily move from one spot of the jobsite to another, or access hard-to-reach areas, you should consider a rolling scaffold tower. Given that scaffolding is so heavy, the ability to move it provides convenience that is otherwise not offered to a lot of contractors. Scaffolding on wheels allows you the freedom to move the equipment around as needed.

Non-Rolling Scaffold Towers

Prefer to use a scaffold tower without the casters? We also provide several package options for non-rolling towers. Currently, we are offering non-rolling towers in 5 feet, 10 feet, 15 feet, and 19 feet. Available heights for non-rolling packages include our shortest, the 5′ Non-Rolling Tower, our medium-sized 10′ Non-Rolling Tower and 15′ Non-Rolling Tower, and our tallest tower, the 19′ Non-Rolling Tower.

What Does a Non-Rolling Scaffolding Tower Package Include?

Our non-rolling scaffold towers include scaffold frames, cross braces, coupling pins, toggle pins, guard rails, guardrail posts, aluminum or plywood scaffold planks, base plates, and diagonal braces. In addition, each package features powder coat painted yellow and C-Lock (which is the safest lock available on the market). All non-rolling components either meet or exceed OSHA and ANSI requirements.

About Scaffolding

Scaffolding equipment is essential for almost any job site. It allows you to work at different heights that would otherwise be hard to get to. Our scaffolding gives you the safe and reliable platform you need to get the job done. When it comes to scaffolding, you have several options to choose from. Find out more in our article on the basics of scaffolding. For example, if versatility is what you need, then Baker scaffolding is a popular choice as it allows you to keep a steady balance and have an easy work platform. Scaffolding on wheels make interior scaffolds portable, plus they keep your floors from getting damaged. Large construction jobs often require exterior scaffolding. For example, Mason scaffolding is a common go-to scaffold for contractors because it’s easy to set up and take down, and it’s built for heavy-work.

Product FAQ's

Building a scaffolding tower requires proper planning, materials, and equipment. First, assess the site and gather the materials and equipment you’ll need. Next, lay a sturdy foundation and assemble the scaffold base, ensuring that it’s level and stable. Then, build the tower section by section, using braces and ties for stability, and install guardrails and toe boards for safety. The last step in how to assemble a scaffolding tower is to secure the tower to the building or structure using ties or clamps. Be sure also to regularly inspect the tower for any damage or wear and tear, and replace any damaged or worn components immediately.

There are a few instances that may be dangerous while using a scaffold tower. These include: 1.) whenever there are high winds, 2.) if your scaffolding has broken or missing parts, 3.) whenever the scaffolding is overloaded beyond its recommended capacity, and lastly, 4.) whenever it is beneath overhead obstructions, such as powerlines. When in doubt, contact our staff about when it is unsafe to use your scaffolding tower package.

You can still use a scaffold tower on uneven ground – however – it MUST be assembled correctly. Note that using a scaffold tower on uneven ground can compromise the stability of the tower overall and increase the risk of accidents. To minimize the risk of injury or instability, check if you need to fill in any holes or depressions in the ground, remove any debris, or use adjustable legs or base plates to level the tower. Finally, it’s also important to ensure that the ground is firm enough to support the weight of the tower and its occupants. If the ground is too soft or unstable, it may be necessary to reinforce it with additional materials such as wooden planks or concrete blocks.
