Also, fax Badger Ladder Inc. a copy of delivery ticket at (Fax#920 429 0310). Badger Ladder Inc., is not responsible for any damage or shortages if the delivery ticket is signed with out notation.
Title:
Title to products and risk of loss passes from Badger Ladder Inc., to you upon delivery by trucking company.
Payment Terms:
Payments for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, check via fax, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Badger Ladder Inc. Orders are not binding until accepted by Badger Ladder Inc.
Shipping Charges/Taxes:
Separate charges for shipping will be shown on all Badger Ladder Inc., invoices. Your are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with your order. Badger Ladder Inc. will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its controls, including labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of God. |
